摘　　要：通过对高职单招生在学习习惯、学习需要、学习动机、学习能力、学习方法和学习效果方面进行调查,发现高职单招生学习心理品质较低,有比较严重的学习困难或障碍。建议高职教学要激发学生的学习动机,培养学习需要和学习习惯,提高学习效率,进行学习方法指导,增强学习能力。This study investigates on the study habits, needs, motivation, ability, methods and effects of the students through individualized recruitment in vocational colleges. These students have lower psy- chological quality but more severe learning difficulties or obstacles. Analyzing their needs, motivation, en- vironment, habits and study ability, the writer suggests that vocational education should arouse the motivation of learners in order to develop their needs, habits, efficiency, methods and strengthen their ability.
