摘  要:目的对学院护理教学过程中存在的影响因素进行分析,并制定针对性改革策略。方法将该校在2014年3月—2015年3月间实施传统教学模式,选取学生95例,为传统组,于2015年4月—2016年4月间,对该校护理教学模式的不足之处进行分析,分析其影响因素,并制定相关改革措施,选取护理专业学生95例,为改革组。观察教学质量评分,及观察学生对教学模式满意度。结果传统组学生对教学质量评分较低,改革组较高(P<0.05);传统组学生满意度为58.95%,改革组为89.47%,改革组较高(P<0.05)。结论对我校护理教学过程中存在的影响因素进行分析,改革教学模式,从学生将来就业及临床实习方面重点考虑,侧重提高学生实践能力,引进高素质教师人才,大部分学生对于教学模式感到满意,对教学质量评价较高。Objective To analyze the influence factors in the college nursing teaching process and make targeted reform strategies. Methods 95 cases of students in our school from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the traditional group, and adopted traditional teaching model, and the disadvantages of nursing teaching model in our school and its influence factors were analyzed, and then the relevant reform measures were made, and 95 cases of students majoring in nursing from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the reform group, and the teaching quality score, and student's satisfactory degree to teaching model was observed. Results The teaching quality score in the traditional group was lower and in the reform group was higher(P〈0.05); the student's satisfactory degree in the traditional group was 58.95%, and in the reform group was 89.47%(P〈0.05). Conclusion We analyze the influence factors in the nursing teaching process and reform the teaching model, fix our attention on the future employment of students and clinical practice and attach importance to improving the practice abilities of students and introducing the high-quality teacher talents, and most students are satisfied with the teaching model and have a higher evaluation of teaching quality.
