基于国际化教育理念创新职业院校技能型人才培养模式——以天津中德应用技术大学汽车检测与维修技术专业为例

摘　　要：针对当前职业院校技能型人才培养过程中存在的共性问题,基于国际化教育理念,通过国际合作,从创新人才培养模式、建立国际化合作协调保障机制、建立与职业岗位工作能力相适应的课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、建立校企合作机制、进行现代学徒制试点等方面进行职业院校技能型人才培养模式的探索及实践。This article discusses how to explore the mode of skilled-talent cultivation in vocational colleges, based on the concept of internationalization education, to tackle the current common issues in the cultivation courses. And it proposes some suggestions, on the coordination of international cooperation, courses in corresponding with the competence required by jobs, the development of teaching staff, the system of the college-enterprise cooperation and the modern apprenticeship.
