摘　　要：目前,高职物流管理专业校企合作开展高技能人才的培养处于探索阶段,部分高职院校未能紧扣物流管理职业特点,没能建立校企一体化育人的培养模式及其配套机制。湖南现代物流职业技术学院全方位对接物流产业发展、深度融入湖南区域经济发展产业链,校企深度合作,积极探索高职物流管理专业的现代学徒制人才培养模式,以推动高职物流职业教育发展。The cultivation of school enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational Logistics Management Major of high skilled talents in the stage of exploration,some vocational colleges not closely logistics management occupation characteristics,training mode and supporting mechanism failed to establish a school enterprise integration education. The development of logistics industry,comprehensive docking Hunan Vocational College of Modern Logistics depth into the regional economic development in Hunan industrial chain,school enterprise cooperation,and actively explore the mode of logistics management specialty in higher vocational education modern apprenticeship training personnel,in order to promote the development of occupation education in Higher Vocational logistics.
