摘  要:我国1993年颁布《教师法》并决定实行教师资格制度以来,中小学教师资格考试逐步从法规层面走向实践,先后经历了立法建规、双轨制、改革试点三个主要发展阶段。在考试目的、对象、条件、内容、方法、作用、组织管理等方面,这三个阶段各具特点。Since China promulgated The Teachers' Law and decided to implement the teacher certification system in 1993, the National Teacher Certification Examination has gradually developed from legislation into practice. So far, the Examination has gone through three main stages, namely the legislation and regulation stage, the double track stage and the reform and trialing stage. Each of the three stages has its own characteristics with regard to exam purpose, objects, conditions, content, methods, functions, organization, administration, and so on.
