摘　　要：高校教学质量历来是高等教育研究者关注的热点与重点。文章从促进教师的教学发展、构建教学互动的教学模式、搭建资源丰富的现代化"学习工场"、持续优化培养方案和培养模式等四个方面进行阐述并提出提升高等教育教学质量的对策建议。University teaching quality of higher education has always been concerned about the hot and key re- searchers. This article from promoting the development of teachers teaching to build teaching and interactive teaching mode, build a wealth of resources to build modern ＂learning workshop＂, continued optimization of training programs and training model, the four-building campus culture and so forth and proposed to enhance the quality of higher education Suggestions.
