摘 要:本文提及的口语是指说话人在正式或者非正式的场合下借助身体语言或者上下文语境所进行的即兴的口头表达。口语在词汇、句法、语用、语义以及语体风格等方面都不同于书面语。对外汉语口语教学的目标是培养学生的口语表达能力和交际能力,因此口语教学应当受到更多的重视。口语课程应该把交际能力的培养与语言的规范性二者结合起来,教学口语应该以一般口语和较正式口语为基础。现在口语教学还有很多不尽如人意的地方,为此本文呼吁建立完善的口语教学体系,其中包括独立的教学大纲(包括语法、词汇、语音三个部分)、具备口语特征的教材和完善的学生口语评价体系。This paper defines oral language as the impromptu oral expressions made by speakers with body language or in the context of formal or informal situations. Oral language is different from written language in the aspects of vocabulary, grammar, pragmatics, semantics and registers. The goal of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language (TCSL) aims to develop the students' oral expression and foster their communicative competence, which should receive more attention. The Oral Chinese Course should integrate the training of the students: communicative competence with the standardization of the Chinese language. The teaching of oral Chinese should rely both on the general oral Chinese and relatively formal oral Chinese. The existing teaching of oral Chinese to speakers of other languages still has quite a few problems. The solutions to these problems rely on the construction of an effective system for teaching oral Chinese to LCSL learners, which includes an independent syllabus composed of the sections of grammar, vocabulary and phonetics, good textbooks featuring oral Chinese as well as an effective assessment system.
