泛在学习视域下大学教师教学能力发展研究

摘　　要：普适计算技术支持下的泛在学习为大学课堂教学注入了新的生机,同时也从教育教学内容的广度、深度以及模式方面广泛影响着大学教师的视野。基于对泛在学习视域下大学教学环境的变化以及教师教学所面临挑战的分析,文章提出需要重新发展和构建大学教师教学能力:一是尝试构建大学泛在式教学环境;二是增强大学教师教学资源开发和教学设计的能力;三是提升大学教师运用现代信息技术及其工具的能力;四是培养大学教师跨学科协同教学的能力。The ubiquitous learning,supported by pervasive computing technology,promotes the development of college teaching,and affects the vision of faculties from the perspectives of teaching breadth,depth and mode.In this paper,the changes of college teaching environment and the challenges that teachers face in light of the ubiquitous learning are analyzed.Then four recommendations to redevelop and cultivate the faculties＇ teaching ability are made,including constructing the ubiquitous teaching environment,enhancing the faculties＇ abilities of teaching resources development and teaching design,improving their abilities of applying modern information technologies and facilities,and developing their abilities of inter-disciplinary teaching cooperation.
