摘 要:教学设计能力是中小学教师的核心专业能力。它是教师以现代教育观念为指导,运用教学设计理论与技术,对教学活动系统进行有效决策的能力。教师教学设计能力由教学分析能力、活动创设能力和计划监控能力组成。对中小学教师教学设计能力的测评,既可以通过教师在教学设计过程关键环节上的行为选择与观念认知来描述,也可以通过教学设计成果即教学方案的有效性分析来推测。结合教师教学设计能力内涵与结构的分析,本文提出了中小学教师教学设计能力的测评框架构想。Teaching design capability is the core of teachers' professional ability in the primary and secondary schools. It is an ability for teachers to make modem education concepts as the guide, apply the theory and technol- ogy to instructional design and make effective decision for the teaching system. Teachers' teaching design capability involves teaching analysis ability, activities creating ability and plan monitoring ability. The evaluation of primary and secondary school teachers' teaching design ability can be described through the teachers behavior choice and cognition of concept that occur in the key link of teaching design process. It can also be speculated by teaching de- signs, namely effectiveness analysis of teaching scheme. In combination with the analysis for connotation and struc- ture of teachers' teaching design capability, this paper proposes the assessment framework of teachers' teaching de- sign capability in the primary and secondary schools.
