摘　　要：为实现应用型本科高校人才培养的目标,培养更多技术过硬的食品安全专业人才。根据食品安全学课程的性质和特点,结合教学经验,提出了更新教学理念、优化教学大纲和内容、创新教学方法、丰富教学手段、强化实践教学环节、改革考核方式的一系列课程改革措施,取得了良好的教学效果,为食品安全学的课程教学改革提供了思路。In order to achieve the goal of talents in applied undergraduate universities, it needs to train more skillful talents in food safty field. According to the features of the food salty course and the teaching experience, this paper presents renovating teaching ideas, optimizing syllabuses and teaching contents, innovating teaching methods, enriching teaching measures, strengthening teaching practice and reforming assessment methods, to achieve better teaching effect, which provides ideas for teaching reform of food safety course.
