摘　　要：随着经济和社会的发展，高等职业教育校企合作越来越受到国家和高职院校的重视，校企合作成为高职院校提高人才培养质量的必经之路。然而，在人才获取、技术服务等方面校企合作效果不明显，导致企业参与校企合作的积极性不高，严重制约了高职院校与企业的合作。本文试图在对广东省各个地级市调查研究的基础上，分析高等职业教育校企合作的投入与产出，并借助DEA模型，建立高等职业教育校企合作绩效评价模型，并以广东省为例，对模型加以验证。With economic and social development, cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education has received more and more attention from the state and higher vocational colleges and is inevitable to improve the quality of college graduates. However, the unsatisfactory effect of the cooperation in terms of talent recruitment and technological service results in enterprises＇ unwillingness to participate and has severely affected the cooperation itself. The article, based upon a survey of municipalities directly under Guangdong Provincial government, analyzes input and output in the cooperation and establishes a model to evaluate the performance of college-enterprise cooperation for higher vocational education with the help of the DEA Model. The model is verified by taking Guangdong Province as an instance.
