摘　　要：随着美国后经济衰退时代的到来,无家可归儿童教育问题已不仅仅是个体发展的问题,更关系社会的稳定和美利坚民族的团结与发展。如何对日益严峻的无家可归儿童问题作出积极的政策回应,如何在现行的政策网络基础上寻求更为有效的突破路径是当前美国政府和社会所面临的新的现实考验和时代诉求。通过对美国无家可归儿童教育政策的演进、行动样态及实践困境三个方面的考察可以呈现美国无家可归教育援助政策的历史变迁、现实状况及其改进空间。As the United States has been stepping into the post-recession era, the problem of education for homeless children is not just an issue of individual development, but closely related to the social stability and the unity of the United States of America. It is a timely challenge and requirement for U.S. government to make positive responds to the increasingly severe issues of education for homeless children and exploring the pathways based on current policy network. The author presented the historic and temporary circumstance and the space for improvement under the framework of historical evolution of policies, practical patterns and dilemmas of homeless children education.
