对地方高校培养优质乡村教师的探讨

摘　　要：教师教育与师范教育的不同之处在于,它强调了教师的专业化。教师在民族的发展中有重要的作用。新世纪,我国的乡村教师在促进教育公平和新农村建设中有特殊作用。为了培养优质的乡村教师,应当加大地方高校教师教育改革的力度,探索在地方高校实施免费师范生教育,重视培养师范生的教育情怀和专业能力。The difference between teachers ＇ education and normal education lies in that the former em-phasizes the specialization of teachers. Teachers play an important role in national development. In the new century in China, countryside teachers have special role in the educational fairness and the construction of new countryside. To train more qualified countryside teachers, we should increase the strength of the teachers＊ education reform at regional universities, provide free education to the nor-mal students, and attach sufficient attention to the cultivation of the educational feelings and profes-sional abilities of normal students.
