摘  要:合作对话小组是一个由专家、园长、一线教师组成的多样化的合作共同体,是促进幼儿园教师专业发展的有效模式。合作对话小组有助于幼儿园教师更新教育观念,提高反思能力,获得实践知识。合作对话小组有专家参与式、园长助推式、同伴互助式三种形式。幼儿园需要营造民主、平等的合作对话氛围,提供时间、空间上的合作对话条件,以更好地利用合作对话小组促进幼儿园教师专业发展。Cooperative dialogue group is a diversified cooperation community, which is composed of experts, principals and teachers. It is an effective mode of preschool teachers professional development, cooperative dialogue group not only helps to update the educational idea of preschool teachers, improve the reflection ability, but also helps to acquire practical knowl- edge. Cooperative dialogue group is divided into three forms: experts leading style, the principal boosting style and peer mutual aid style. In order to promote teachers' professional development through cooperative dialogue group, kindergarten should construct democratic and equal cooperative dialogue atmosphere, and provide time and space for cooperation.
