摘　　要：客观结构化临床考试(Objective Structured Clinical Examination,OSCE)是医学和护理学教育以及资格考试领域评价临床能力的一种新型考试模式。我院自2008年起在护理学专业本科毕业生临床技能考核中运用OSCE模式,取得了一定的成效。本文就我院的OSCE实践经验进行介绍,并具体分析了OCSE实施过程中呈现的问题及改革措施,以促进以胜任力培养为导向的护理本科教育改革。Objective Structured Clinical Examination （OSCE） has been a new mode of exarmnation type to eyaluate the clinical competency in the fields of medical education and proficiency tests. Shantou University Medical College has achieved initial success in applying OSCE to the nursing graduate students to evaluate their clinical competency. This paper introduces the experiences in using OSCE and analyzes the existing problems encountered and revolution measures,to facilitate the revolution progress of the competency oriented nursing.undergraduate education.
