摘 要:建立了快速测定乳制品中纽甜、阿力甜、阿斯巴甜、糖精钠、甜蜜素及安赛蜜六种甜味剂的测定方法。以液态奶和配方奶粉为基质进行重复性实验、加标回收实验,样品经水溶液提取、三氯甲烷净化后,采用液相色谱-质谱联用仪进行定性、定量分析。结果:线性范围1~200μg/L,加标添加量20~100μg/L。回收率范围85.8%~106%,相对标准偏差不高于6%。该方法快捷、准确、灵敏度高,可适用于广泛乳制品中复合甜味剂的测定。Rapid determination method of neotame, alitame, aspartame, sodium saccharin, cyclamate and acesulfame in diary products werebuilt up. Samples were extracted by water and purified by trichlormethane, and then they were determined by LC-MS qualitatively andquantitatively; Repeatability and the standard addition recovery were studied . It was shown that the linearity range from 1 to 200 μg/L,When spiked concentrations are between 20 to 100 μg/L, the recoveries range from 85.8%-106%. The relative standard deviations lowerthan 6%. This method is rapid, accurate, highly sensitive and suitable for the determination of synthetic sweeteners in dairy products.
