摘　　要：杂环化学与药物的研发密切相关,在药物化学专业的研究生中开设杂环化学课程,突出杂环化学在药物设计和药物合成中的应用,对学科建设和人才培养都非常必要。该文对在药物化学专业研究生中开设该课程的内容设置和教学模式进行初步探讨。Heterocyelic chemistry is closely related to the research is necessary to set up heterocyclic chemistry courses in the gradua and development of pharmaceuticals. It te students majoring in pharmaceutical chemistry, and to highlight the application of Heterocyclic Chemistry in drug design and drug synthesis to discipline construction and talents cultivation. Based on the author＇s many years of teaching experience accumulation, this paper discusses the contents setting and teaching mode of the course in the graduate majoring inpharmaceutical chemistry.
