摘 要:目的了解武威市居民主要食品中8种食源性致病菌的污染状况,为食品卫生监管提供依据。方法依据国家食源性致病菌监测网2010年-2013年年度工作手册进行。结果检测中式凉拌菜、熟肉制品、地方特色食品等样本共1 213件,检出食源性致病菌143株,总检出率为11.79%,其中沙门菌检出率为2.44%(28/1 148);单核细胞增生李斯特菌检出率为1.94%(14/723);金黄色葡萄球菌检出率为5.85%(64/1 094);蜡样芽胞杆菌检出率为11.07%(28/253);阪崎肠杆菌检出率为4.29%(6/140);致泻性大肠埃希菌检出率为1.86%(3/161);志贺菌和大肠杆菌O157∶H7未检出。结论武威市居民主要食品食源性致病菌污染严重,以蜡样芽胞杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌污染为主,地方特色食品、冷冻饮品和乳制品污染较重。Objective To understand the pollution condition of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in food in Wuwei,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of food-borne diseases. Methods Detection and surveillance were conducted according to national manual of food-borne pathogens monitoring in 2010-2013. Results 143 strains of food borne pathogen were isolated from 1 213 samples,including Chinese salad,cooked meat products,the local characteristic food. The total detection rate was 11. 79%. The positive rate of Salmonella was 2. 44%( 28 /1 148),followed by Listeria monocytogenes accounting for 1. 94%( 14 /723); that of Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus cereus,Enterobacter sakazakii,diarrheagenic Escherichia coli were 5. 85%( 64 /1 094),11. 07%( 28 /253),4. 29%( 6 /140),1. 86%( 3 /161) respectively. Shigella and Escherichia coli O157∶H7 were not detected. Conclusion The main food borne pathogens contamination in Wuwei is severe,especially in local characteristic food,frozen drinks and dairy products.
