摘　　要：PISA用"素养"一词概括其测评内容,并界定为"有关学生在主要学科领域应用知识和技能的能力,分析、推理和有效交流的能力,以及在不同情境中解决问题和解释问题的能力"。PISA2015将素养直接定义为能力,即个体终生需要、具有普遍价值的关键能力。通过论述关键能力的选择标准、分类和特点,指出对学习者能力的评价和教师的专业发展的启示。PISA uses＂literacy＂to summarize the evaluation content and define it as＂the students in the main fields to apply knowledge and skills ability,the ability of analysis,reasoning and effective communication,and solve problems in different situations and issues of interpretation＂.PISA 2015 will be defined as the ability of literacy,which is the ability of individual life needs,the key of universal value,Through the selection criteria,classification and characteristics of key ability,put forward the enlightenment to the evaluation of learners＇ ability and teachers＇ professinal development.
