摘  要:青少年生态伦理道德教育作为社会系统的子系统而存在,需跟随社会生态建设的发展变化做出适应性调整。基于帕森斯的AGIL模型,对青少年生态伦理道德教育进行系统功能分析发现,存在难以适应社会生态建设的发展要求、培养目标的层次模糊、资源要素整合配置不足、受封建文化及不良思潮桎梏等问题。要提升教育的实效性,需维持青少年生态价值平衡,提升目标的科学性、层次性和创新性,构建生态伦理道德教育机制和生态整合理念,注重优秀文化精神的传承。As a subsystem of the social system, the ecological ethics moral education of teenagers should follow the change and development of the social ecological construction and make some adaptive adjustments. On the basis of the interpretation of Parsons AGIL System Model and on the functional analysis of the ecological ethics moral education of teenagers, we find that there exist such problems as the difficulty in its not adapting to the social development requirements of the ecological construction, the obscure level of the training ob- jective, insufficient resource integration and the shackles caused by the feudal culture and adverse trends. In order to improve the efficiency of education, we may maintain the balance of teenagers' ecological value, improve the scientificalness, hierarchy and innovation of the objective, construct the system of ecological ethics moral education and the concept of ecological integration and lay emphasis on the inheritance of excellent cul- tural spirits.
