摘　　要：对湖北地区大学在校女生的膳食行为习惯现状和食品安全与健康意识进行研究,通过问卷调查和当面访谈的形式,采用随机和分层抽样相结合的方法,发现大学女生营养健康知识和食品安全意识比较缺乏,存在着许多不健康的饮食行为,她们也比较乐意接受健康饮食方面的信息.进一步分析了大学女生饮食行为问题产生的原因.得出大学女生的饮食行为与身心健康息息相关,必须有针对性地给予评价和合理膳食的指导.The paper aims to investigating the situation of dietary behavior and food safety of female college students in Hubei.By means of questionnaire and face-to-face interview,a combination of random and stratified sampling methods have been adopted.The nutrition health knowledge and food safety awareness of university female students are relatively short,and there are still unhealthy eating behavior.Of course,they are willing to accept the information of healthy diet.This paper further discusses the reasons of the problem.The diet behavior of female college students is closely related to the physical and mental health.It is necessary to give the evaluation and reasonable diet guidance.
