摘 要:教育部2014年正式发布《教育部关于实施卓越教师培养计划的意见》,各高师院校围绕该意见开展教师教育改革,却难以解决教师教育过程中个性化、全程化培养的问题。教育大数据的发展,为卓越教师培养提供了新的解决思路。文章以教师培养路径为线索,探讨分析了大数据在优化师范生招生、教师教育课程体系、教学方法、师资队伍、学校管理与就业服务优化、职后教师培训等方面的应用路径,并提出了面向卓越教师培养的大数据中心构建思路,包括建设大数据实体中心机构、开展大数据建模,以实现卓越教师大数据的收集、存储、分析与应用。MOE in China formally enacted Views on Implementing Training Teachers in 2014. Based on those programs, normal universities begin to carry out teacher education reform, but it is hard to solve the problems concerning individuation and completeness in the process of teacher education. The development of big data in education provides a new vision for excellent teacher training. Based on the route of teacher training, the application of big data in many aspects is discussed and analyzed such as the optimization of the enrollment of normal students, curriculum system reform, teaching methods, teaching staff, the optimization of school management and employment service, and in- service teacher training. Then to build a big data center for excellent teachers is proposed, which includes building big data entity, developing big data modeling to realize collection, storage, analysis and application of big data of excellent teachers.
