摘  要:评价职业教育发展活力是引导职业教育与社会协同发展的重要手段,职业教育体制机制承载着职业教育发展活力的源泉与因素,也是判定职业教育发展活力的重要载体。办学主体、发展模式、现代职业院校治理结构,分别呈现了职业教育发展活力的主体、形态和保障,可以切实反映职业教育体制机制灵活性的问题。从办学主体的多元性、发展模式的适配性、现代职业院校治理结构的完善性三个维度展开分析,省域职业教育体制机制灵活性由"投入主体多元性"等九个相关因素组成,可以用二十四项具体指标进行评价。Evaluation on the vitality of vocational education serves as an important means to guide the coordinated development between vocational education and society, while vocational education system and mechanism carry the source and factors of vitality in vocational education growth and act as the carriers to judge the growth vitality of vocational education. The main bodies of running colleges, growth modes, and management structures of modern vocational education embody the main bodies of vigorous growth of vocational education, configurations and guarantees respectively, reflecting the flexible vocational education system and mechanism. From the dimensions of diversified main bodies of running colleges, suitability of growth modes, completeness of management structures of modern vocational education, this paper carries on the analysis that the flexibility of system and mechanism in provincial vocational education consists of 9 factors and the diversity of investment bodies is one of them, which could be evaluated with 24 concrete indicators.
