摘  要:2014年全国职业教育工作会议召开,加快构建现代职业教育体系,要求创新发展高等职业教育。当前高职院校教学改革面临着生源多样化、学生发展个性化、社会需求多元化等诸多挑战。探索实施分类培养、分层教学,以就业、创业、升学为学习目标,以选专业、选课程、选教师为基本学习途径,引导学生自主学习、自主选择职业发展。通过构建多方向专业群,推进层次化课程体系改革,建立柔性化的教学管理机制,充分保障学生个性化学习需求。It is proposed to speed up the construction of the modern vocational education system andto develop higher vocational education with innovation in the national vocational education conference held in 2014. There are lots of challenges in the reform of higher vocational education, such as students with various backgrounds, individual needs of student development, diversified social needs and so on. This paper explores the implementation of classified cultivation & hierarchical teaching, by taking employment, entrepreneurship, entering a higher level in education as learning goals and taking choosing majors, courses, as well as teachers as the basic learning patterns, and tries to guide the students to autonomously study and help them make choices in their career development. By building specialties with more major fields and push forward the reform of the hierarchical courses systems, this paper aims at establishing a flexible teaching management mechanism to fully guarantee students' individualized learning needs in higher vocational colleges.
