面向设计类专业的现代学徒制人才培养研究

摘　　要：设计类人才市场的细分需求,暴露出目前设计教育的局限性,而"现代学徒制"人才培养方式是解决该问题较好手段。"现代学徒制"结合学校和企业双方的优势,达到"产教融合"。我院工业设计专业与索菲亚家居共同培养"销售型设计师"案例,展示了现代学徒制"双主体"人才培养方案、"双身份"现代学徒特征、"双体系"校企课程结构、"双导师"专兼职师资队伍、"双标准"考核评价体系等五个方面理论研究的可行性和实践路径,是高职设计类专业现代学徒人才培养的有效探索。The subdivided demands of design talent market exposed the limitations of the current design education, and ＂modern apprenticeship＂ talent training mode is a better way to solve the problem, ＂Modern Apprenticeship＂ can combine the advantages of both schools and enterprises to achieve the ＂integration of production and education＂. The case of ＂Sate Type Designer＂ showed the feasibility and practice path of modern apprenticeship theory which have five aspects： ＂double subiect＂ talents training, ＂double identity＂ modern apprentice features, ＂double system＂ curriculum structure, ＂double tutors＂ teaching staff, ＂double standards＂ evaluation system. This is an effective exploration of design profession talents training in higher vocational education.
