中高职衔接背景下高职公共英语教师面临的问题及应对策略

摘　　要：随着高职院校招生制度的改革,越来越多英语水平未能达到高职入学要求的中职学生进入到高职院校继续学习。在中高职衔接的背景下,分析高职院校公共英语教师面临的实际问题,从多视角提出客观认识教学对象,学习教学新技术,加强师资队伍建设,强化职场英语教学,选择适当教学模式和教材,创设教师交流平台的应对策略。It is evident that there are more and more middle vocational students or independent re- cruit students, who failed to meet the English ability requirements of higher vocational education, have been enrolled in vocational colleges. Under the background of connecting secondary and higher voca- tional education, the paper tries to analyze the problems faced with by vocational public English teach- ers. Finally the author expounds some strategies for teachers from the perspectives of treating students objectively, studying new teaching techniques, strengthening the teachersrteam spirit, choosing appro- priate teaching model and teaching materials, and creating teachers exchanging platform.
