摘 要:全科医学又称家庭医学,是临床医学的二级学科,强调以人为中心,具有极强的理论性和实践性,强调多学科的合作,是一门综合性学科。本文通过在全科医学实习教学中运用PBL教学方法,总结PBL教学调动学生积极性、激发学生主动学习热情、培养学生自主学习能力、团结协作能力及创新能力,提高全科医学学习效果等方面的优点,同时探讨了全科医学实习教学中运用PBL的不足之处及改进思考。Genaral Practice Medicine, also called Family medicine, is one of the secondary clinical diciplens, which emphasis that medical practice should be human-centered. It's a comprehensive decipline with multidiscipline cooperation, as well as a both strong theoretical and practical specialized course. By applying PBL method in the internship teaching of general practice medicine, we observed that PBL teaching method played an important role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of students, developing the ability of autonomous learning, cooperation and innovations, and improving the learning effect. Meanwhile,we addressed the inadequacy of the application of the BPL teaching method in the internship of general practice medicine, and sum up some improvements.
