摘　　要：与国外教师资格考试面试体系相比,我国教师资格考试面试有自己的特点与问题。对化学师范生的问卷调查发现,教师资格证面试在命题难度和广度上较为合适,但在标准执行、教师实践性知识考查、与教师教育课程联系等方面存在不足。要解决这些问题,教师资格面试应更标准化、实践化,高校教师教育课程也应进行相应的调整。The system of teachers＇s certification test interview has its own features and problems compared with foreign ones. A corresponding questionnaire is implemented and its results show that difficulW and scope of proposition are appropriate, while there are some problems inthe imple- mentation of criterion, the examination of teacher＇s practical knowledge and the relation with educational cur- riculum. Suggestions are given to improve teachem＇s certification test, such as using standardized test, being more practical and modularized.
