摘 要:分析现代学徒制内涵,构建了适应我国的现代学徒制人才培养模型,并以漳州职业技术学院酒店管理专业"二元制"为案例,从政府、行业、学校三个层面提出建议:建立公共网络服务平台、设立财政专项资金、设立企业贡献奖、出台专项法律法保障三方利益;行业技能协会加入"二元制"运作系统中,协助教育部门制定职业资格与学历融通机制,成为资格框架、专业课程、最终考评等标准制定的主要力量;学校不仅要建设与市场需求挂钩的核心课程、专业课程体系,还需发挥当地教育优势,主动调动各方相关者力量。This paper summarizes and analyzes the modem apprenticeship model of all the countries in the world, with modem apprenticeship guidelines of China, constructing the modem apprenticeship operation model of China, and by the school of hotel management major "binary system" for example, put forward recommendations from the government, industry and schools: (1) establishment of a public network service platform, establishment of special financial funds, establishment of enterprise contribution award, introduction of special legal act to protect the interests of the three party; (2) trade association to join the operation system, to assist the education department formulate the mechanism of occupation qualification and certificate of education; to become a major force, in formulation of qualification framework, professional courses and the final evaluation standard; (3) the school should not only build the core curriculum and professional curriculum system that is tied to the market demand, but also need to play the advantage of local education.
