摘  要:高职教育人才培养质量提升,离不开高水平教师教学能力的支撑。高职院校"双师型"教师教学能力发展是一项系统工程,需要各个层面协调配合方能取得实效。政府及教育行政部门完善和落实相关政策制度是前提;教师教育机构努力推动课程与教学改革创新是基础;高职院校优化"双师型"教师教学能力发展的平台是关键;高职院校"双师型"教师加强自身修炼是根本。The improvement of higher vocational education quality is inseparable from the support of high level of teaching ability. The teachers teaching ability development of vocational colleges’“double qualifications” is a systematic project, which requires coordination at all levels in order to achieve tangible results. Government and educational administrative departments to improve and implement relevant policies and systems is a prerequisite; teacher education institutions in their efforts to promote the cur-riculum and teaching reform and innovation is the foundation; vocational colleges optimizing “double qualifications teachers” teaching ability development platform is the key; vocational colleges “double teachers” to strengthen their self-cultivation is the fundamental.
