摘  要:CDIO在中国的发展已逾十年,成为中国高等工程教育界重要的改革运动之一。CDIO在中国的改革与发展表明,它能够提高人才培养质量,促进工程教育教学改革与研究,并推动其他中国高等工程教育重要改革项目。作为一项由汕头大学发起的工程教育改革,CDIO之所以能够获得教育行政部门的大力支持和指导,以及工程教育界的广泛认可,根本原因是CDIO能够解决中国高等工程教育存在的系列问题,关键原因是CDIO能够提高人才培养模式改革的科学性、系统性和培养质量,重要原因是创建了CDIO改革共同体。此外,CDIO改革主体表现出的"教育改革实践的工匠精神"也是促其传播的重要因素。由于社会发展对人才培养提出了新要求以及CDIO本身具有特定的适用范围,CDIO也要与时俱进。汕头大学改革团队在多年改革经验基础上,提出了培养新工科人才、构架与《华盛顿协议》立交桥等CDIO发展的建议,希望通过自我革新为中国高等教育发展贡献新思想和新智慧。With a developing history of over ten years in China, CDIO has become one of the most important reform movements in China's higher engineering education circle. Its reform and development in China shows that it can improve the quality of talents training, promote the teaching reform and research in engineering education, and accelerate other important reform programs of higher engineering education in China. There are many reasons for CDIO, as an engineering education reform initiated by Shantou University, to have obtained strong support and instructions by education administrative departments and be accepted widely in engineering education circle: the fundamental reason is that CDIO can solve the serial problems existing in higher engineering education in China~ the key reason is that CDIO can improve the scientifieity, systematicness and quality of talents training model reforms and the important reason is that it has created CDIO reform community. In addition, the spirit of the craftsman in educational reform practice showed by the main bodies of CDIO reform is also an important factor for it to spread. As there are new requirements for talents training in social development and CDIO itself has a specific application scope, it is also necessary for CDIO to keep up with the times. On the basis of years' reform experience, Shantou University's reform team puts forward the proposal of training new engineering talents and constructing overpass according to Washington Agreement to promote the development of CDIO, hoping to contribute new ideas and wisdom to the development of higher education in China through self-innovation.
