摘　　要：存储器产业芯片国产化之路迈出的重要一步。芯片国产化是中国政府在信息安全自主可控政策领域的实践领域之一。作为信息技术的基础产业,半导体集成电路持续得到国家政策的扶持。近期从国家层面到地方层面,中国的政策发布及资本的投入也是持续不断。The localization of the memory chip industry is an important step. Chip localization is one of the areas of practice in the field of information security self-control policy.
