摘 要:心理契约理论提供了大学生择业教育的新视角。目前大学生存在着反复陷入职业选择的择业困难、自我效能感低下以及择业稳定性欠缺等问题。大学生择业教育应从交换型心理契约、关系型心理契约以及发展型心理契约出发,促使大学生具备对自身价值和企业需求的合理估价能力,同时顺应社会互惠和交换原则,建立理性经济人的择业思考模式。学校应以"过程期待"替换实训教学和评估方式的"结果期待"内涵,追求大学生心智打磨的量变过程,从而调节大学生成就动机与自我效能感的差距,通过塑造大学生与目标企业的发展适配性提升择业稳定度,构建大学生与社会、大学生与自我、大学生与企业的深层次联系。Psychological contract theory provides a new perspective of college students' career education. Aiming at such problems as the repeated involvement in difficult employment, low self-efficacy and lack of career stability of college students, in accordance with the exchanged psychological contract, relational psychological contract and developmental psychological contract, we should make college students have a reasonable appraisal ability of their own val- ue and the enterprise needs, conform to the principle of mutual benefit and exchange of society, and establish a ratio- nal career thinking mode of an economic man. Schools should replace the "resuh-expectation" connotation of practice teaching and assessment way with the "process expectation" and pursue the quantitative process of college students' mental exercise so as to adjust the gap between college students' achievement motivation and self-efficacy, enhance their career stability by shaping the adaptation of college students and the targeted enterprises to the development, and establish the deep ties between college students and society, college students and the ego, and college students and enterprises.
