摘  要:在耳鼻喉科研究生内镜技能培训的临床教学中,按学生的学历水平将学生分层,进行分层教学,能克服传统临床教学中存在的弊端,能使不同层次的学生充分发挥其主体作用,使教师发挥其主导作用,有利于学生内镜技能的培养,有利于教师教学方法的改进,从而达到最优的教学效果。实施分层次教学法的步骤有学生分层、目标分层、施教分层、考核分层和分层提高。In clinical teaching practices of otolaryngology, stratified teaching, through which students are classified into different lev- els, can overcome the existing drawbacks in the traditional teaching and more room can be given to students in playing their main roles with teachers being their guides. Therefore the endoscopic skills of students' can be improved, and and optimal teaching effec- tiveness can be achieved. The implementation of this teaching included student stratification, objective stratification, teaching method stratification, evaluation stratification and stratification enhancement.
