摘 要:目的探讨基础护理学实训模式在中高职护生教学中的应用效果。方法 2015年3月至7月选取420名中高职护生为研究对象,采用数字表法分为试验组和对照组各210名。对照组采用传统教学模式,试验组采用基础护理学实训的教学模式。教学结束后,对两组中高职护生进行成绩考核,并采用问卷评价教学效果。结果试验组护生成绩考核均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);教学效果评价中,试验组课堂注意力、接收知识能力、与教师互动、课堂气氛、时间合理性、与同学交流、参与主动性7个维度的得分及总均分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基础护理学实训模式有利于提高中高职护生的考核成绩,并提升课堂教学效果,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effects of practical training- based teaching mode of fundamental nursing teaching on middle and higher vocational education of nursing student. Methods Totally,420 college nursing students in middle and higher vocational college were the objects of study,using digital table method divided into the experiment group( n = 210) and the control group( n = 210) from March to July 2015. The students in the control group participated in traditional teaching model,and the students in the experimental group participated in practical training- based teaching mode. After the teaching,the two groups nursing students were test the performance,and using the questionnaire to evaluate the teaching effectiveness. Results: The score of nurse students in experiment group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant. In teaching effect evaluation,the nurse students in experiment group in Taspects as classroom attention,ability to accept knowledge,interaction with teachers classroom atmosphere time retionality,communication with classmates participation initiative were higher than control group the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Practical training will be helpful for improving teaching effect of fundamental nursing teaching on middle and higher vocational education. It can enhance the comprehensive abilities of nursing students and worth promoting.
