摘　　要：马克思主义理论学科与思想政治理论课相互联系、相互促进,共同改革与发展,均为培养中国特色社会主义高素质人才作贡献。思想政治理论课作为马克思主义理论学科在教育教学中的具体展开与运用,马克思主义理论学科引领思想政治理论课建设,将马克思主义理论学科建设为高等学校优势学科,制定学科建设目标和科学评价体系,使其更好地引领思想政治理论课建设,服务大学生思想政治教育。The Marxist theory discipline and the ideological and political theory course both are interrelated and promote each other, are under reform and development and contribute to the cultivation of socialist high-quality talented personnel with Chinese characteristics. As a specific extension and application of the Marxist theory discipline in teaching and education the ideological and political theory course should be guided by the Marxism theory discipline, constructed into a preponderant discipline in colleges and universities, and provided with a goal of discipline construction and a scientific system of discipline assessment so as to give a better guidance to the construction of the ideological and political theory course and serve the ideological and political education for students in Colleges and Universities.
