摘 要:目的 :探讨动物外科教学中基于翻转课堂的"问题式教学法"(problem-based learning,PBL)教学法的应用体会。方法 :将我校2014级五年制本科学员327人随机分为4个班级,均进行动物外科教学,随机抽取2个班级作为教改班,教改班采用基于翻转课堂的PBL教学模式;另2个班级作为普通班,普通班采用传统的大班课授课方式及观看手术录像。学员课堂结束后,教员通过改良DOPS评分表对学员操作过程进行教学评估,学员通过视觉类比量表(VAS)对两种授课模式进行评价。结果:教改班即采用基于翻转课堂的PBL教学模式的班级在基础理论知识、技能实践、临床学习的兴趣和热情、学习的主动性和自信心、发现并解决问题的能力等方面均优于普通班。结论 :基于翻转课堂的PBL教学法在动物外科的教学效果上明显优于传统教学法,值得医学院校推广。Objective: To investigate the application and experience of problem-based learning (PBL) teaching method based on flipped classroom in animal surgery teaching. Methods: Three hundred and twenty-seven five-year undergraduate students studying in our university were randomly divided into 4 classes, two of which were in the teaching reform classes using PBL teaching method based on flipped classroom, and the other two were in the ordinary classes using the traditional teaching method and watching operation video. After class, the operation process of students was evaluated by the teacher based on the modified DOPS score table while the comparison of two kinds of teaching modes were evaluated by the students based on visual analogue scale (VAS). Results: The teaching reform classes are superior to the ordinary classes in basic theoretical knowledge, practical skills, clinical learning interest and enthusiasm, the initiative and self-confidence of learning, and the ability to solve problems. Conclusion: Teaching effect of PBL teaching method based on flipped classroom is obviously superior to that of the traditional teaching method in animal surgery teaching and it is worthy of being generalized at the medical school.
