摘  要:职业院校技能大赛主要通过教学改革、教师技能水平提高、实训条件完善等对教学水平产生促进作用。以某高职院校建筑工程技术、工程造价、水利水电工程管理等专业数据为基础,通过真实数据证明,近年来职业院校技能大赛的确促进了专业教师教学水平的提高:一方面,由于"竞赛效应",技能大赛指导教师教学水平提高;另一方面,由于"替代效应",没有指导技能大赛的教师由于受技能大赛的影响,其教学水平也显著上升。Vocational skills competition can improve the teaching level mainly through the teaching reform, improving teacher's skills level and perfecting training conditions. Based on the data from construction engineering technology, engineering cost, water conservancy and hydropower engineering management in a vocational college, it shows that in recent years, the teaching level of professional teachers is promoted by vocational skills competition: on the one hand, because of "competition effect", the teaching level of guidance teachers is improved; on the other hand, because of the "substitution effect", the teaching level of other teachers is also improved due to the effect of the skills competition.
