摘 要:正在修订的普通高中数学课程标准的一个重要特点是突出数学核心素养。数学核心素养的本质,是描述一个人经过数学教育后应当具有的数学特质,大体上可以归纳为:会用数学的眼光观察世界,会用数学的思维思考世界,会用数学的语言表达世界。学生获取数学核心素养依赖于经验的积累,因此在教学设计中,要抓住数学内容的本质、知道学生的认知规律,创设合适的情境、提出合适的问题,启发学生独立思考、鼓励学生与他人交流,在掌握知识技能的同时理解数学的本质、形成和发展数学核心素养。评价应当与教学融为一体、相辅相成,在考查知识技能的同时关注学生数学核心素养的达成,应当实现评价形式和命题形式的转变。An important feature of the revising standards of the mathematics curriculum of high school is to emphasize the mathematical key competencies. The nature of mathematical key competencies is to describe the mathematical characteristics of a person after he gets a proper mathematical education, which can be generally summarized as follows: He can look at the world with mathematical point of view; He can think of the world with mathematical thinking; and he can express the world in mathematical language. The cultivation of mathematical key competencies of a person depends on the accumulation of experience. As a result, in the process of teaching design, one should grasp the essence of mathematical contents and master the law of students' cognition. Meanwhile, one should create a suitable situation and bring forward some suitable questions to inspire students to think independently and encourage them to communicate with others. Thus, students can understand the essence and formation of mathematics and develop their mathematical key competencies as they master mathematical knowledge and skills. The competencies evaluation should be fully integrated with teaching activity, and both of them should be complementary to each other. To be specific, the achievement of students' mathematical key competencies should be sufficiently paid attention while their knowledge and skills are investigated, and this can be implemented through the mode innovation of evaluation and examination.
