摘  要:中职生正处在人生发展的关键的青春期阶段,在这个阶段中,他们中较多的人存在自我同一性危机。通过生涯规划教育和实践的开展,帮助他们客观地认识自我,逐步达成自我同一性,更好地健康成长。Secondary vocational students are at the key period of their development, but during this period, quite a number of them have encountered the crisis of self-identity. Through career planning education and practice, we hope to help them learn about themselves objectively, so as to realize their self-identity gradually and promote their healthy growth.
