摘　　要：在食品卫生监督执法过程中,缺乏完善的法律规范、执法人员整体素质有待提高和尚未建立完善的保障体系是存在的主要问题,要完善食品卫生监督法律法规、建设高素质的执法队伍,加大食品卫生监督舆论宣传,不断提高食品卫生监督执法水平。在餐饮服务食品安全示范工程创建过程中,要借鉴多地经验,精心谋划,稳步推进,充分发挥示范单位的引领辐射和榜样作用,切实提高餐饮服务食品安全水平。In the food health supervision law-enforcement course, the main issues are lack of perfect laws, bad quality of law enforcement officials and imperfect security system, and we should improve the food health supervision regulations, construct the high-quality law enforcement team, enhance the food health supervision publicity and constantly improve the food health supervision law-enforcement level, and we had better refer to experience, steadily promote it, give full play to the leadership and example role of demonstration units and truly improve the food service safety level.
