摘　　要：形成独特而鲜明的教学风格,是教师教学艺术日臻成熟、教学能力日臻完善的重要标志,是教师追求的理想境界。教师的教学风格按照学科性质和个性特点可以分为不同类型,每一种类型都有其相应特征。教师不同教学风格的形成包括教育理念、教学能力、个性特征、学科性质、学生特点等诸多影响因素。从模仿优秀名师开始,不断提升专业素养和培养良好的个性品质,是教师最终形成良好教学风格的基本途径。The formation of distinctive teaching style is an important sign that the teachers＇ teaching art is becoming more and more mature and the teaching ability is improving day by day,and it is the ideal for teachers pursuit.The teaching styles of teachers can be divided into different types according to the nature and characteristics of the subject,each of which has its own characteristics.The causes of teachers＇ different teaching styles include many factors,such as educational concept,teaching ability,personality characteristics,subject nature,student characteristics and so on.It is the basic way for teachers to ultimately form a good teaching style to imitate the outstanding teachers from the beginning,to improve their professional qualities and cultivate good personality quality continously.
