摘　　要：教育实习指导能力是教师教育者专业发展的应有能力,是提高师范生教育质量的关键。但在目前的师范生教育实习中,由于教师教育者的实习指导态度不够认真、实战经验缺乏等原因,导致教育实习质量不高。因此,高师院校应加强实习指导教师的实习指导能力,促进师范生教育实习质量的提高。Education practice guidance ability is the competence of teachers＇ professional development, and is the key to improve the quality of education students. But the lax attitude and the lack of actual combat experience lead to the poor quality of education practice in the current normal education internship. So, normal universities should strengthen the teachers＇ practice guidance ability so as to promote the quality of education internship.
