摘  要:随着高等教育从学术型和研究型向应用型转向,专门用途英语ESP(English for specific purpose)必将成为21世纪大学英语教学的主流。本文以ESP教学理论及我国大学英语ESP教学现状为切入点,探讨ESP教学中大学英语教师应如何应对这种趋势,进而提出了以"需求分析"理论为原则,以"语言共核"理论为指导,以"翻转课堂"教学为手段,以"合作教学"方式为辅助的教学策略,旨在帮助大学英语教师在转型期能尽早适应和应对ESP教学。With the transition from research-based education to apply-based education, ESP teaching would be inclined to the center of college English teaching in the 21st century. Based on ESP instructional theory and the current condition of ESP teaching in China, the coping strategies of college English teachers are proposed such as in the principle of "Needs Analysis", in the guidance of "Common Core", in the mean of "Flipped Classroom", in the support of "Co-operation Teaching", which aims to help the college English teachers adapt to the ESP teaching as possible as they can.
