摘　　要：实习是培养学生职业能力、技术应用和创新能力的重要途径。决定实习教学质量和人才培养质量的关键是师资队伍的整体素质。本文针对高职实习指导教师队伍的现状,提出了若干改革设想。Practice teaching is a very important way to develop the students' ability in vocation, recreation and technical application. Hie key to determine the quality of practice teaching and talents training depends on the quality of practice teachers. In the article, some thoughts on reforms are presented according to the present situation.
