摘　　要：英语师范生身份认同是学生个体对自己将来所要从事的英语教师岗位或职业所持有的认知、体验和行为倾向的综合反映。文章根据对江西省6所高校英语师范生身份认同的调查和分析,对如何提高英语师范生身份认同度提出了建议和对策。The identity recognition of English major normal students is a comprehensive reflection of the individual＇ s cognition, experience and behavioral tendencies held for the future English teachers＇ posts or occupations. Based on the investigation and analysis of the identity recognition of English normal teachers in six colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on how to improve the identity recog- nition for English major normal students.
