摘  要:当前高职教学中,"以教材、教师、教室为中心"的教学方式依然存在,教与学互动缺失,评价方式知行分离已严重影响教学效果。德国巴登符腾堡州知名职业教育专家托马斯·胡格教授及其团队创立的"胡格教学模式",对教学理念、课程体系、教学设计与实施、师生关系、教学评价等五个基本元素进行重新组合和调整,从而形成独具特色的职教课堂教学生态。In current higher vocational teaching,the teaching method of"teaching materials, teachers, classroom-centered"still exists, the lack of interaction between teaching and learning, the evaluation method of separation of knowledge and practice, have seriously affected the teaching effect. Thomas·Hug, a well-known professional education expert in Baden Wurttemberg, Germany, and his team created the"Hug teaching mode", the teaching philosophy, curriculum system, teaching design and implementation, the relationship between teachers and students, teaching evaluation and so on were recombined and adjusted, so as to form the unique characteristics of the vocational education class teaching ecology.
