摘 要:在现实当中,教学决策存在一定的伦理缺失现象,主要体现在三个方面:功利化、偏狭化的教学决策取向;过分随意和专断的教学决策方式;伦理向度被遮蔽的教学决策过程。事实上,对教学决策的认识与把握理应摆脱技术主义的陷阱而观照其伦理品性,其意义在于促进教学决策的合理有效,规避教学伦理失范的产生,保障学生的健康成长与发展。具体来说,教学决策伦理品性的生成需要教师的专业道德信念与道德思维能力、完备的教学伦理条件与积极的教学心理环境。基于以上分析,要实现教学决策伦理品性的生成,可以将提高教师专业道德素养以及着力于改善教学决策的伦理条件、取向、方式与过程作为主要的实践路径。The phenomenon of teaching decision-making's immorality can be revealed as the wrong orientation,the casual or arbitraryattitude, and the loss of ethical factors in the process.We should take care of the ethical character of teaching decision- making beyond the technical principle, it is good for the achievement ofdecision-making's rationality and efficiency,avoiding the ethical anomy of teaching behavior and promoting students" growth.There are needs for the teacher's moral belief or moral thinking ability,the ethical principles and teachingmental environment.On the basis of previous analyses,we can focus on theteacher's quality of professional morality andteaching decision-making's ethical principles, orientation, attitudes,process if we want to achieve the ethical character of teaching decision-making.
