摘　　要：积极心理学是研究人类的发展潜能和培养人性美德的一门学科,是新时代高职院校的教育理念,为当代大学生的就业指导工作提供了崭新的学习视角。为了提高国家的国际竞争力和影响力,高职院校必须加强对学生的就业指导和学科认识教育,让学生了解社会形态的多元化。本文主要根据积极心理学的教学内容,对高职院校大学生的就业指导工作提供一些有价值的实施策略和教学方法。Positive psychology is a subject researching human development potential and cultivating human virtue. It is the ed- ucational idea of higher vocational colleges in modem times, and provides a new perspective for the employment guidance of con- temporary college students. In order to improve our country＇s in- ternational competitiveness and influence, higher vocational col- leges must strengthen the employment guidance and discipline education of students, so that students understand the diversity of social forms. Based on the teaching content of positive psycholo- gy, this article mainly provides some valuable implementation strategies and teaching methods for the employment guidance of students in higher vocational colleges.
