摘　　要：临床见习有机地结合了理论知识与实践行为,是由医学生转变为医生的必经途径。在见习的过程中,医学生要广泛接触患者、畅通与患者沟通的渠道,建立亲情化关系,了解与熟悉疾病病理、诊治方法。心血管病带教急需解决的问题是在较短的时间内,发挥学生的积极主动性、提升学生兴趣,掌握更多的临床知识,为以后的临床实习奠定坚实的基础。医院心血管见习带教的主要方法是加大学习管理的力度,增强带教意识,找到重点、难点,妥善配置课程内容;创新教学手段,增强学生的主观能动性;并增强知识储备,提升教师综合素质,医院心血管病临床带教中应重视的一个问题是通过自身的实际行动、帮助学生规范自身的行为,树立正确的道德理念。The clinical probation organically combines the theoretical knowledge with practical behavior and it is an essential way for medical students to become a doctor, in the probation course, the medical students need to make extensive contacts with patients, smooth the communication channel with patients, establish the affectionate relationship and master the disease pathology and diagnosis and treatment method, the urgent problems of cardiovascular disease teaching is to give paly to the students＇ initiatives, improve students＇ interest, master more clinical knowledge in a short time and lay solid foundation for the future clinical probation, and the main method of cardiovascular probation teaching in the hospital is to increase the learning management, enhance the teaching awareness, find out the key points and difficult points and properly arrange the course content, innovate the teaching means, enhance the initiatives of students, enhance the knowledge preparation and improve the general quality of teachers, and in the clinical teaching of cardiovascular disease in the hospital, we should pay attention to helping students standardize their own behaviors through their own practical actions and set up the correct moral values and beliefs.
